Experienced Legal Representation

Jill McCarthy Arntz offers probate, business and family matter legal representation. She also serves as an attorney ad litem in heirship proceedings and delinquent tax cases as well as a guardian ad litem in county and district civil courts involving minor children. Jill has represented clients locally in Harris County, Fort Bend County, Galveston County and Montgomery County as well as across the state of Texas and nationally.  Using her 20 years of experience, she likes to think outside the box to help her clients achieve their goals, being conscious of their concerns, needs and financial investment.

Jill has always gravitated toward her desire to serve others. She is very involved in charitable organizations both locally and nationally. She has served, and continues to serve, on various nonprofit boards. She also volunteers with schools, literacy programs and animal welfare organizations. Her current focus is raising awareness and funds for the Amyloidosis Foundation.

Jill received her B.A. in English from Michigan State University and J.D. from South Texas College of Law.

Jill was selected as a 2005 Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star Attorney.
